Role Overview

Are you ready to take the next step in your agency career? The Account Supervisor is a senior, hands‑on leader who partners closely with clients and internal teams to deliver integrated, results‑driven marketing communications programs. This role blends strategy, client leadership, and execution—and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, idea‑driven agency environment.

You will own day‑to‑day account leadership, guide junior team members, and help ensure our work is strategically sound, creatively strong, on time, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development of integrated marketing communications plans aligned with client business objectives
  • Serve as a trusted client advisor, managing relationships and guiding decision‑making
  • Translate client goals into clear strategies, briefs, and actionable plans
Account & Team Management
  • Supervise and mentor junior account team members
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, media, digital, production)
  • Ensure work quality, consistency, and strategic alignment
Project & Program Execution
  • Oversee execution of marketing initiatives
  • Manage timelines, scopes, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables
Financial Performance & Growth
  • Manage account profitability, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services
  • Contribute to new business development efforts, including pitches and presentations
Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for a confident, collaborative leader with 5–7 years of agency experience and a strong foundation in integrated marketing.

  • Proven experience managing B2B and B2C accounts (experience in food, financial services, agriculture, or hospitality is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead clients and teams with credibility and empathy
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Experience with print, broadcast, and digital production processes
  • Excellent presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with agency financials, including budgeting and profitability management
