Position: General Manager - Private City Club

Key Responsibilities

This is the most senior-level staff role and reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • leading the team to meet or exceed new member recruitment and retention goals
  • leading the team to meet or exceed weddings and events goals
  • leading the team to provide exceptional guest experiences - with our dining, bar, events, and client-only events in our historic home while meeting or exceeding financial goals
  • leading or exceeding capital campaign goals
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years broad-based management experience in hospitality, private club experience ideal
  • Experience in managing strategic planning and positioning
  • Experience in managing $5M+ budget and a team of 10 or more
  • Experience in managing media and public relations
Compensation/Terms
