• Build authentic relationships with members and staff
• Lead a high-performing team with empathy and energy
• Drive membership growth and hit sales KPIs through service—not pressure
• Keep the gym clean, safe, and welcoming; much of your day is spent out on the floor cleaning and engaging with members
• Manage budgets and operations with excellence
• Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example
