Job Summary:
Under the direction of the ObGyn Chief Administrative Officer and the ObGyn Division Director, the ASOG Operations Manager oversees the Division of Academic Specialists in ObGyn clinics, supporting the practices of 27 faculty members, 14 APPs, and 16 Certified Nurse Midwives. The ASOG Operations Manager leads the division in coordination with the Division Director, monitors and maintains operational processes, and fosters high levels of customer service.
The successful applicant will standardize clinical care across clinic locations, coordinate clinical care and patient education with the division s nurse council, and collate and report monthly benchmarking metrics. The role supports achievement of local and organizational goals for optimal work processes and high-quality patient care. The ASOG Operations Manager collaborates with physicians on patient care management and interacts with clinic managers to promote consistency and excellent care.

Job Responsibilities:
- May exercise supervisory authority over at least 2.0 FTE or equivalent employees, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked.
- Identify workflow needs, contribute to strategic and operational solutions, allocate resources, and implement new or revised unit policies and procedures.
- Plan, implement, execute, and evaluate strategies and objectives for a program; make recommendations for enhancements to unit leadership.
- Contribute to proposals for funding and/or continuation from outside sponsors.
- Assist in development and monitoring of the unit or program budget and approve unit expenditures.
- Lead the development and preparation of periodic reports and financial statements; record progress and status for leadership or external agencies.
- Schedule logistics and secure resources for program activities across multiple work units to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.

Compensation:Starting salary is $75,000 and may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include vacation, holidays, sick leave, competitive insurance, and retirement options. Required Qualifications:- Minimum of two (2) years Health Care Operations supervisory experience required.
- Knowledge of healthcare operational practices and techniques.
- Experience in process and quality improvement.
- Three (3) or more years of Health Care Operations supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous management experience in the past 10 years is strongly preferred.
- Required:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. - Preferred:
Master s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
