Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee and manage marketing projects across all local markets of Morgan Murphy Media and for Corporate. This role is focused on project management, ensuring all marketing and commercial production projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate across more than a dozen producers, a graphics hub, directors, the VP of Marketing, and shared services in the P3DA Inside Digital Agency and Traffic teams.

Media experience is a plus, but the position primarily emphasizes strong project management skills. Reports to the 2 Morgan Murphy Media Directors in the corporate marketing group and the VP of Marketing. This role will be based in Madison, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all marketing and commercial production projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop project timelines, resource plans, and communication protocols.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage and coordinate organization related to marketing and commercial production and distribution.
  • Oversee scheduling and resource allocation for shoots, events, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate vendor and supplier relationships for marketing materials.
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in media or related industries is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
