Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay Range: $100k - $130k

Responsibilities- Manage bidding and budgeting procedures
- Oversee project start‑up, including implementation
- Coordinate the drafting of contract documents
- Coordinate all project approvals and permits
- Issue all subcontracts and purchase orders
- Manage all job cost‑control procedures
- Manage the submittal process
- Manage payment application process
- Manage the RFI tientue process
- Coordinate change documentation and issue change orders
- Oversee quality control measures
- Lead job meetings efficiently and keep meeting minutes
- Manage all close‑out and commissioning procedures
- 8+ years of construction project management experience
- Knowledge of commercial, retail, education, science and tech construction projects
