• Provide direct management oversight for the property.
• Maximize net operating income (NOI) and asset value.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Support maintenance and leasing staff.
• Handle accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3–5 years residential property management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, financial reporting, and executive‑level communication.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property‑management software is preferred.

Salary:
From $65,000 annually.
