General Manager

Join D1 TRAINING as a General Manager and help athletes achieve their fitness goals through world‑class coaching and a proven training philosophy. D1 is an athletic‑based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up, dedicated to providing the best fitness experience.

Key Skills Required For The Position
  • SALES
    . Walk in on day one and close over 50% of the leads you meet.
  • LEADERSHIP
    . First‑one‑in, last‑one‑out leader who holds weekly 1‑on‑1s, staff meetings, and drives business growth.
  • FINANCE
    . Manage the facility P&L, meet monthly with ownership to review budget vs. actuals line by line.
This General Manager Can Expect

  • To be held accountable in financial meetings against an annual budget that predicts line‑by‑line revenue, overhead, COGS, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with member progress check‑ins.
  • Set up new memberships in the POS system.
  • Collect and process payments.
  • Provide front desk sales and information.
  • Assist with special events.
  • Manage all sales.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • Exceptional sales ability and passion.
  • Knowledge of gym and retail operations.
  • Positive, energetic “can‑do” personality.
  • Committed to being the first one in and the last one to leave.

Compensation: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
