You set daily production goals and ensure resources are in place to meet targets, coordinating directly with multiple teams to ensure seamless planning for products required for content creation.

As a leader in the studio, you ensure standard operating procedures are followed, identify inefficiencies in workflows, and drive a culture of continuous improvement while motivating a team of people to deliver results. • Analyze and capture reporting on key productivity and quality metrics
  • Utilize reporting to deep‑dive data to redefine workflows that meet or exceed operational goals
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain knowledge‑management tools such as wikis and shared drives
  • Manage end‑to‑end success of one‑off, high‑touch, or ambiguous requests
  • Mitigate immediate risks and decide if they can be handled or need to be escalated
