The General Manager will play the key role in the operation of our restaurants. The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and financial accountability.
The individual must ensure that the highest quality products and services are delivered to customers.

- Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and financial accountability.
- Ensure that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.
- Other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept, or be recommended by the current Area Manager. The candidate must have effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to calculate and analyze data, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels. Must be able to interpret Profit and Loss statements and be computer literate.
