• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans.
• Drive projects through all construction phases, including scheduling, budget, and resource management.
• Complete site walkovers and facilitate project meetings.
• Meet customer deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.

• Safety is part of your day‑to‑day work.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality work.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Looking for long‑term projects and a hands‑dirty environment with a team.
• Want to learn the telecom construction trade.
• Enjoy varied work inside and outside; enjoy troubleshooting as problems arise.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software.

• Compensation: $70,304–$73,000 / YR, based on experience.
• Overtime: 1.5× regular hourly rate for hours over 8 in a day or 40 in a week (California law).
• Rest & Meal Breaks:
  Paid rest periods and unpaid meal breaks per California law.
• "At‑will employment" – either party may terminate the employment at any time.
