Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs to keep the property in optimal condition. This role involves addressing resident maintenance requests, inspecting building systems, and ensuring all repairs are completed promptly and efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for maintaining tools and equipment, working closely with property management, and ensuring all work adheres to safety codes and regulations.

This position requires a proactive approach to preventative maintenance to reduce long-term repair costs.

Experience in maintenance, repairs, or a related trade

Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes

Strong communication and customer service skills
