Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and clean environment to ensure customer satisfaction and respect.
- Own It by cleaning pinsetters nightly with appropriate cleaning agents.
- Adjust bowling lanes as needed to ensure proper operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pinsetter machines and other equipment.
- Monitor and maintain all equipment, including lanes, pinsetters, and scoring systems.
- Assist with repairing broken venue equipment and performing preventive maintenance.
- Keep the area behind pinsetters neat and clean.
- Maintain scoring equipment and assist with its cleaning and adjustment.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service, demonstrating Spirit.
- Maintain a safe environment for all patrons and staff.
- Own It by cleaning approaches, seating areas, and consoles after each league, party, or open bowl session.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements- Demonstrate Excellence by reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
- Monitor and maintain all equipment, including lanes, pinsetters, and scoring systems.
- Knowledge of bowling equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to respect team needs.
- Courage to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Own It by performing scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
- Exhibit time-management skills to ensure efficiency.
