Primary ResponsibilitiesThis position exists to perform a wide range of duties in order to enhance the focus, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Supply Chain Group. Responsibilities may include updating and distribution performance metrics, report generation, data entry and maintenance, customer order processing, and performing transactions in the area of purchase part approval process, customer/supplier returns and credits/debits, etc. Competencies that are critical for this position are:
Customer Focus, Time Management, Interpersonal Savvy, Learning on the Fly, and Priority Setting. Specific responsibilities may include:
- Owning and analyzing returnable packaging supply. Ensuring returnable packaging supply is aligned with demand and preventively identifying weak areas within the returnable packaging supply chain. Executing returnable packaging purchase orders and timely delivery.
- Facilitating and executing supplier return “SCAR” process
- Creating and distributing critical reports to cross functional teams (Part Shortage, Capacity, Missing Record, Supplier Forecasts, Targeted Implementation Date reports)
- Maintaining data integrity within ERP system (warehouse creation, allocation changes, price uploads)
- Special projects as assigned
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Team player and detail oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related
- 5+ years of materials related experience in manufacturing environment and working knowledge of a material requirements planning (MRP) system
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
- SAP experience
