A highly esteemed national law firm with a significant presence in the Midwest is in search of an Estate Planning Attorney with 14 years of pertinent experience to join the expanding Estate Planning Practice Group in Madison, Milwaukee, or Chicago. The firm s estate planning team offers thorough guidance in complex estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management for individuals, families, businesses, and charitable organizations.

• Creating intricate estate plans and business succession documents for affluent individuals
• Compiling charitable giving documents and advising on tax-efficient strategies
• Guiding clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning
• Aiding in probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates
• Completing Federal gift and estate tax returns
• Providing guidance on tax-exempt organization planning

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice
• Timely admission to the Bar aligned with the office location is obligatory
• 14 years of experience in estate planning or related fields

• Submission of a resume, law school transcript, and cover letter specifying office preference
• Current judicial clerks are ineligible for this position
