The manager of insurance brokerage operations is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance professionals to ensure the efficient operation of Rural Mutual Insurance's brokerage department. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the brokerage department, including sales, customer service, staff development, and compliance.

Compensation: $70,000 - $105,000 yearly
