Project Manager, IT Project Manager

Location

Hybrid onsite in Madison, WI

6-12 month contract with likely extensions

$35 - 40/HR

• Lead end to end delivery of a large scale website redesign initiative
• Coordinate across marketing, communications, and IT teams to ensure alignment
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consensus-building throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain project timelines, identify risks, and ensure smooth progression of deliverables
• Support governance, documentation, and communication for a high visibility initiative
• Work closely with project co leaders (Marketing Director & IT Director) to ensure strategic alignment

• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary technology projects from initiation through completion
• 5+ years facilitating consensus and alignment across multiple stakeholder teams
• 5+ years managing strategic website projects with multiple stakeholders and defined timelines
• Experience in healthcare, higher education, or scientific research environments
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Project
• Experience engaging stakeholders who may be unfamiliar with formal project methodologies
