IT Project Manager

Job Summary

This position will be hybrid, with two days working remotely, and three days working on-site in Madison. Only local candidates will be considered.

Salary: $27.49 - $37.49 per hour
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm
Education: Bachelors

• Work with stakeholders to decide if the site needs a new CMS, better SEO, or a complete visual rebrand.
• Ensure developers have the assets they need from the designers to build accurately.
• Daily stand-ups and providing weekly status reports to executives.
• Interact with web designers, front-end and back-end developers, QA testers, content creators, and other project managers.

• Five or more years of leading multidisciplinary technology projects from inception to completion.
• Five or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholders to develop strategic website projects on a defined timeline.
• Five or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholder teams to develop consensus on project progression.

• Has experience in healthcare, higher education, or scientific research environments.
• Has experience with multiple project management tools, such as Asana and Microsoft Project.
• Has experience engaging with stakeholders who may not be familiar with desired project methodologies.
