This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Customer Experience/User Experience Designer located in Madison, WI. The responsibilities involve leading the design and enhancement of user experiences across digital products, conducting user research, and translating insights into intuitive, user-centered designs. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring the delivery of seamless and engaging customer journeys.

• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design, Interaction Design, and User Interface (UI) Design
• Strong skills in User Research, Usability Testing, and Design Thinking
• Experience in wire framing, prototyping, and using UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers
• Excellent conceptualization, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping, data analysis, and delivering end-to-end design solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Experience in designing for diverse audiences and accessibility standards is a strong advantage
