Requirement . Client: ETF.

This position performs test plan development, design, and execution, ensuring systems and applications function to meet user needs. It includes both manual and automated testing strategies for custom and purchased applications, covering functional testing, integration testing, system testing, load testing, user‑acceptance testing, regression testing, and accessibility testing. The role creates and reviews test cases to validate business and system requirements. Additionally, it supports end‑user execution of test cases, including subject matter experts, coordinates work of IT staff and business people to create and execute test plans, and collaborates with technical and business project team members to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.

Tasks also involve creating test metrics and reporting, and supporting testing of web applications, mainframe applications, reports and data, and APIs.

• Create, promote, and follow all applicable client and state standards, policies, and best practices, including change management, problem tracking, SDLC, reporting standards, business requirements elicitation, and project management.
• Work as a team member under the direction of a project manager or scrum master and independently under the QA team lead.
• Coordinate with IT staff and business stakeholders to complete test plans and ensure quality and completeness of client systems.

• Knowledge of advanced application test methodologies, tools, and procedures (4+ years).
• Knowledge and experience with issue tracking software, e.g., Jira (4+ years).
• Knowledge and experience with test management software, e.g., Zephyr (4+ years).
• Experience with Agile processes.
• Knowledge of health and pension benefit administration programs is highly desired.

• Duration: 6/30/26 with potential for 1‑year extension.
• Onsite or Remote? Candidates must be current WI residents. No relocation allowed. 100% remote within the state of WI.
