SAP Production Planning Analyst

Job Title: SAP PP Functional Support Analyst

Global Source IT has a client that is looking to hire a detail-oriented SAP PP Functional Support Analyst to provide ongoing production planning and manufacturing support within a dynamic SAP environment. This role acts as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring stable operations, optimized planning processes, and continuous system improvement.

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP PP, including MRP, production orders, capacity planning, and master data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production planning issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, QM, and CO teams to support end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Configure and enhance SAP PP functionality to align with evolving business requirements.
• Support enhancements, testing cycles, and minor project initiatives.
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom solutions.
• Deliver user training and maintain documentation for process and system updates.

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP PP functional experience.
• Strong understanding of discrete or process manufacturing environments.
• Experience with MRP configuration, production order management, and master data governance.
• Must be US Citizen of Green Card holder.
• Must in the Madison, WI area - or willing to relocate.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
