The State Public Defenders office (SPD) is recruiting to fill a Limited Term Employee (LTE) vacancy in our Madison office for a 40‑hour workweek.
Position SummaryThe IS Technical Services Specialist‑Senior helps provide technical user support in an enterprise environment with multiple locations.
Salary InformationStarting salary will be $31.00 per hour.
Limited Term Employment (LTE) Details- LTE positions are not civil service classified positions and do not provide the rights to a permanent civil service classified position or lead to permanent status.
- LTE positions are not eligible for the State of Wisconsin health insurance coverage, the Wisconsin Retirement System contributions, and do not receive paid time off.
- Wisconsin residency is required for LTE positions.
- No more than 1,039 hours may be worked in one year.

Minimum Qualifications- Providing technical support in an enterprise environment with multiple locations
- Application support within a helpdesk environment (e.g., Google Workspace Enterprise, Microsoft O365, etc.)
- Administer and manage passwords for various systems
- Support a diverse video player and media technology environment
