About the Role

The organization is undergoing a major internal transformation to separate its Government and Health Plan business units into two fully independent IT infrastructures. This shift will significantly impact operational processes across the enterprise.
The Business Process Consultant will play a critical role in understanding how the technical network separation affects non-IT operational teams, identifying required process changes, and guiding leaders through the transition. The target go-live for the separation is October.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives across operational teams impacted by the network separation.
• Conduct business process analysis to understand current workflows and determine required changes.
• Map and redesign processes to align with the new infrastructure model.
• Facilitate decision-making around shared services and how they will support each business unit.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure readiness for technical and procedural changes.
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, program leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Top Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in process improvement and business process analysis
• Experience with cross-functional support and stakeholder facilitation
• Proficiency in process mapping
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft O365
• Experience in change management
• Ability to engage with high-level stakeholders and navigate complex operational environments
• Understanding of compliance considerations related to government and health plan data

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: onsite 3 days per week
• Reports to the Chief Financial & Process Officer
• Dotted-line reporting to the VP of Infrastructure and Director of Programs
• Interview process:
  One-step, in-person panel interview with senior leadership

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
