Client Success Specialist V - Health

This is an IC5 role within the Oracle Health organization focused on driving customer success through the use of Oracle Health platforms as implemented by Oracle System Integrator Partners. As a Partner Success Manager (PSM), you will take on a pivotal role in analyzing, leading, and overseeing the quality of delivery from our Oracle Systems Integrator Partners to customers. You will gain in-depth knowledge of partner strategies for market delivery and service implementation across Oracle Health offerings.

Please Note: This position is not a sales role. It is a post-sales position aimed at enhancing and guiding partners in their implementation of Oracle products. Experience in product implementation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer success outcomes utilizing Oracle Health platforms through effective partner implementations.
• Analyze and oversee the health of partner relationships via metrics and dashboards that report on implementation success and project health.
• Leverage operational data and global strategies to influence and encourage proactive partner behaviors.
• Collaborate closely with Oracle Health leadership across product development, sales, marketing, and business development.
• Report on business planning, support leadership meetings, and assist in driving new investment reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure customer success by using your partner experience to support the effective deployment of Oracle Health solutions.
• Establish unified governance for measuring customer success linked to partner strategies.
• Identify roles and responsibilities for the steering committee and define relevant metrics.
• Construct and lead operational updates in collaboration with various Oracle Lines of Business.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong background in software implementation and professional services delivery.
• Experience in partner/client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to foster collaborations in a fast-paced environment.
• An understanding of various technical architectures, operating systems, and healthcare industry experience.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing delivery quality.

The competitive hiring range for this position ranges from $50.48 to $95.91 per hour, equating to an annual salary between $105,000 and $199,500. This role may be eligible for equity and commission opportunities.
