Project details: ETF is looking for a strong Data Engineer to participate in our Data Management Program. Data is one of our most valuable assets and we strive to become a more data‑literate and data‑driven organization. This position will work on a small, collaborative team that uses agile practices to deliver value to our business partners.

Requirements:

• Gathering Requirements and developing technical specifications for ETL – 6 years
• Designing ETL jobs using ETL tools (minimum 2 years of Alteryx) – 6 years
• Developing various types of data loads (incremental, history/full, survivorship rules) – 6 years
• Implementing change data capture (CDC) – 4 years
• Testing and debugging ETL – 6 years
• Developing complex SQL – 6 years (recent experience)
• ETL job scheduling – 2 years
• Loading data warehouses using ETL tools – 2 years

Nice to Have:

• Management of multiple ETL tools
• Experience with data quality tools and frameworks (preferred)
• Source code version control software (preferred)

Additional Information:

• MUST have Alteryx experience related to ETL, not just data prep.
• Strong and recent SQL skills required.
• Candidates will write complex SQL queries with Alteryx during interview.
• Real‑time photo upload required for interview acceptance.
• Interview Process: 1-2 rounds via Microsoft Teams.
• No WI residency required. Open to nationwide candidates. This position can work 100% remote within the continental US.
