Telecommunications Analyst

Our clientis seeking a Telecommunications Analyst III to join their team. As a Telecommunications Analyst III, you will be part of the Telecom Support Department supporting mobile technology management, telecommunication infrastructure, and video conferencing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex problems, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Telecommunications Analyst III

Location: Madison, WI

• Support and install telephones, cellphones, and video conferencing solutions for business partners and users.
• Manage and maintain telecommunication infrastructure and endpoints.
• Provide technical assistance in mobile device deployment, support, and management.
• Assist with troubleshooting complex telecommunication issues and determine effective solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless telecommunication services and upgrades.

• 1 to 5 years of experience in video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management.
• Experience supporting mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of mobile device management tools like Air Watch, InTune, and Apple Business Management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex telecommunication problems independently.
