TEKsystems is currently hiring for a Mac Support Analyst for a client in the Madison area. This person will troubleshoot and resolve Apple hardware, software, and network issues throughout the company.
- Duties & Responsibilities : *
- Install, maintain, and support Apple hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Image and / or patch devices utilizing Jamf
- Management of Apple iPads via Jamf
- Maintain a log of all hardware, software, peripherals, service contracts, and work orders.
- Assemble and configure equipment.
- Troubleshoot and analyze end-user problems and implement solutions for users.
- Write detailed procedures relating to software to assist users and create / modify documentation for running applications.
- Configure users on servers for network functionality.
- Office 365 support focused on Mac versions
