Job Description:- Top Required Skills & Years of
Experience:
(5+ years) - Installation, maintenance, administration and monitoring of the Web Sphere Software in a multi-platform environment (Linux and Windows).
- Proactive resolution of problems and/or alerts received by various monitoring and management systems.
- Resolution of connectivity problems, assisting users, and debugging problems.
- Hands‑on technical experience in support of software tools such as Web Sphere Application Server and Web Sphere Portal.
Skills:
- Provide a broad range of technical skills in support of all Web Sphere customers.
- Training and/or experience with scripting tools such as Bash, Korn, and Jython.
- Knowledge of change management best practices in a complex hosting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for various departments’ applications running on Web Sphere and IBM Web Sphere MQ.
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, support, and configuration of hardware and software.
- Responsible for application deployments.
- Maintain and update infrastructure documentation.
- Complete implementation of security policies and filters associated with the tools.
- Provide additional troubleshooting support.
Required Skills:
