* The Lead Consumer Insights Analyst is responsible for defining and delivering industry-leading consumer insights from consideration to policy termination, embodying our brand promise and exceeding customer expectations. You will be accountable for and deliver key business driving metrics through insights and consumer learning plans, with an emphasis on digital behavior, journeys, and experiences across the insurance lifecycle. You will report to the Senior Manager, Consumer  this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison, WI 53783.Internal

Primary Accountabilities
* You will design and lead consumer research, focused on digital experiences, channels, and tools, translating consumer insights into clear implications that guide digital and CX decisions.
* You will own and drive the long-term vision and strategy for insights driving the end-to-end customer experience based on external trends, business strategy/objectives, and target customer needs.
* You will frame, structure, and scope complex business and customer challenges.
* You will use customer/consumer data and insights, competitor activity, and market trends to guide strategic planning and enable competitive advantage.
* You will evaluate and develop perspective on transformational customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction opportunities across the organization.
* You will define, monitor, and champion customer experience metrics, key drivers of, and return on experience and insights investments.
* You will collaborate with all levels of leadership and management in order to align priorities and develop a collaborative roadmap for complex and large-scale strategic initiatives across all functional areas of the organization.
* You will partner with product lines, marketing, corporate strategy, and enterprise partners to drive strategic alignment.
* You will drive consumer influence across the enterprise, proactively reaching across the aisles.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
* Experience delivering strategic consumer insights solutions.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate into actionable insights.
* Experience leveraging data storytelling to influence business decisions.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams with limited direction.
* Strong knowledge in consumer product categories, brands, and environment.
* Strong organization and time management skills.### Additional Information
