EHR System Analyst; LTE

• Analyze, design, develop, build/configure/code, test, debug, and document activities to support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic platform
• Facilitate the development, testing, implementation, and documentation of monthly software updates and quarterly system upgrades
• Monitor the Epic system for issues related to maintenance, upgrades, and implementations
• Perform in-depth analysis of Epic workflows and applications, developing solutions to meet business requirements
• Process, troubleshoot, and log end-user issues and resolutions in ticketing software

• Director certification required;
  Comfort certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Epic
• Advanced experience with Remote Client build and troubleshooting, including Client Packs
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to research and resolve complex issues independently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality about patients, families, caregivers, staff, and organizational intellectual property

• Advanced knowledge building Careplans and working with Smart Text
• General knowledge and experience building Reporting Workbench
• Basic experience with Security Templates
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others
