Project Manager II

Our client is seeking a Project Manager II to join their team. As a Project Manager II, you will be part of the project management department supporting the development and implementation of critical IT solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager II

Location: Madison, WI

• Lead the development of an updated interface for a public-facing court system workflow.
• Coordinate with court system partners and the National Center for State Courts to advance grant-funded projects from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with a team consisting of programmers and business process analysts to meet project objectives.
• Manage additional court system IT projects as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• 1-3 years of experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency with information technology solution tools for various applications.
• Knowledge of agile software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience with project management software such as Asana, MS Project, Visio, or Smartsheet.
• Strong attention to detail, stakeholder collaboration skills, and ability to prioritize and adapt to changing environments.
