• Intake and input jobs into the Restoration Management Software - ALBI.
• Provide regular and timely updates to customers and clients throughout the lifecycle of the job.
• Confirm customer and job-related issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist in the coordination and procurement of services, equipment, and/or tools.
• Solicit customer feedback throughout the customer journey (NPS, Google reviews, and closing the loop on concerns).
• Partner with Project Leader(s) to obtain, maintain, and ensure compliance with job safety requirements and documentation.
• Assist Project Leader(s) with the timely collection of payments from customers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule, responding to after‑hours emergency calls and supporting job intake and coordination as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
