- Open Text Vignette - Primary Requirement
- Open Text Integrated Document Management (IDM) - Primary Requirement
- Open Text Intelligent Capture
- Open Text Documentum
- Experience migrating mailroom processes from Vignette to Intelligent Capture
- Experience with Open Text Intelligent Capture including integration
- Experience developing custom integration code into Vignette and/or Intelligent Capture
- Experience supporting Vignette IDM from a day-to-day Operational perspective: keep systems healthy, troubleshoot problems end to end
- Assist with the migration efforts for processes from Vignette/ Intelligent Capture/Documentum system
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile environment
