The Vice President of Digital and Data Engineering will lead the company’s enterprise data strategy, architecture, and engineering initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making  addition, this leader will oversee the digital product management function, driving the development of modern data platforms and digital solutions that foster innovation, operational efficiency, and business transformation.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, forward-thinking executive who combines deep technical expertise in data engineering with strong product leadership acumen. This individual will build and sustain a robust, high-quality data foundation that supports advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI անկ-enabled decision-making. Through visionary leadership, the Vice President will unite data engineering excellence with digital innovation-accelerating the company’s ability to transform data into actionable insights and competitive advantage.

• Define and execute a modern enterprise data strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation priorities Woody.
• Partner with the VP of Artificial Intelligence and other technology and business leaders to design and deliver scalable data pipelines, platforms, and architectures that enable advanced analytics and AI innovation.

• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including data mesh, cloud-native development, and continuous delivery frameworks.

• Partner with scientific, clinical, and commercial leaders to ensure digital and data capabilities accelerate research, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences.

• Bachelor n Degree in a field related to essential duties; or Associates Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience.
• 18 years of progressive experience in data and software engineering, digitales platforms, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital and data transformation initiatives in complex, regulated, or global environments.
• Expertise in modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), distributed data systems, and contemporary data engineering frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML data pipelines, metadata management, and MLOps best practices.
