IT Computer Support Assistant

• Salary starting at $15.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling between 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers and peripherals
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications
• Provide user support and resolve IT‑related queries and problems
• Assist with website and network maintenance, including troubleshooting
• Conduct routine equipment and inventory checks

• Must be a current UW‑Madison undergraduate student
• Ability to work in‑person on the UW‑Madison campus
• Reliable with a strong aptitude for problem‑solving
• Good understanding of computer hardware and software
• Proficiency in MacOS and PHP

• Experience in IT support or related fields
• Familiarity with network maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
