Our direct client has an opening for a People Soft HCM Analyst 122954
- This position is up to 9 months with the option of extension, and the client is in Madison, WI.
- This job is 100% remote.
- People Soft Development Experience in PT 8.5x+ environment & 10 years of experience.
- In-depth People Soft Human Capital Management 9.2 Experience & 10 years of experience.
- Advanced level of Oracle and SQL Knowledge (debugging and performance tuning) &15 years of experience.
- People Soft Human Capital Management 9.2 Functional Experience, specifically TAM, benefits, absence, and payroll.
- Interview Process: 1 round via Teams, with potential more rounds as needed
- Duration:
Till 6/30/24 with the possibility of extension. - No WI residency is required. Open to nationwide candidates. Choice of 100% remote or hybrid.
- Could be required to work some weekends and nights if necessary.
- People Soft Analyst IV
- Minimum of 10 years working experience with People Soft Human Capital Management.
- Experience must include (but not limited to) TAM, Absence Management, Benefits, and North American Payroll.
- Work involves analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to fix or enhance existing systems; systems integration; writing complex programs; and giving technical assistance to programming and functional personnel.
- Minimum one year experience with a Public Sector / Not-For-Profit entity.
- Extensive experience working with People Soft Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2
- Solid understanding of underlying data structures and database tables supporting TAM, Absence, Benefits, and North American Payroll modules.
- Ability to demonstrate strong skills in writing SQL statements and creating and managing queries in People Soft Query Manager.
- Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for multiple People Soft Human Capital Management implementations along with support experience for complex People Soft programs, reports, pages, and components utilizing the entire People Soft suite of products.
- Experience must include (but not limited to) SQR, Application Engine, People Code, COBOL, People Tools, Fluid, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, Fluid User Interface, Work centers, and Homepages.
- Maintains the data integrity within People Soft Human Capital Management.
- Assists business analysts and users in defining a project or problem, feasibility of the project, and provides estimates for a project or problem solution.
- Experience with People Soft Integration tools and integrating People Soft applications with third‑party applications using web services.
- Experience with HCM Tax Updates, Oracle Critical Patch Updates, People Soft Updates, and People Tools Upgrades.
- Prepares detailed analyses, plans, diagrams, and procedures within a technical design document for existing and proposed People Soft applications.
- Determines the effort involved in implementing new systems or enhancements to existing systems due to changes in user requirements, legislative mandates, new software releases, changes in equipment configurations, etc.
- Suggests technical solutions to enhance the business processing efficiency of existing and/or new processes.
- Demonstrates developed functionality to agency staff prior to the implementation of new or revised technical systems and offers advice and guidance during the implementation process.
- Performs on‑call or scheduled after‑hours work as required.
- Trains and mentors State staff.
- Attends work regularly in accordance with agency leave and attendance policies.
- Complies with all applicable agency policies and procedures, including safety and standards of conduct.
- Communicates respectfully and works harmoniously with all co‑workers, customers, and vendors.
- Provides exceptional customer service.
