- Expertise in LAN technologies, design, and operations.
- Familiarity with Palo Alto, Juniper, and Meraki platforms in a multi‑site enterprise setting.
- Solid understanding of remote access and cloud connectivity solutions.
- Demonstrable ability managing distributed teams and coordinating cross‑regional operations.
- Superb communication skills with both technical and non‑technical partners.
- Experience engaging with internal partners in demanding, fast‑paced environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a quarterly basis (US, UK, and EU).
- Background in the gaming or digital media industry, particularly supporting creative or development environments.

- Exposure to live operations or real‑time production support.
- Understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Experience supporting 24/7 or multi‑time‑zone operational teams.
This is a hybrid, remote‑first role with occasional on‑site collaboration. You’ll play a key part in ensuring developers have the stable, secure connectivity they need to create world‑class games and that live operations stay smooth under pressure.
