Who We’re Looking ForDCF is seeking a Telecommunications Specialist to provide high-level support for VoIP telecommunications, PBX provisioning, call center software, and mobile device management. This role includes technical administration, monitoring, and maintenance of telecom infrastructure, as well as process improvement through automation and best practices. The position requires on‑call support and occasional weekend maintenance.
LocationRemote (Must be WI resident or willing to relocate at own expense) – Hybrid (90% remote, 10% onsite as needed)
Responsibilities- Provision and manage PBX systems, VoIP phone numbers, and call center software
- Administer telecommunications assets, billing reconciliation, and vendor services (e.g., ATT, US Cellular, Lumen)
- Analyze, design, and maintain call trees, IVR systems, and dial plans
- Support mobile device management and telecommunications-related software systems
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN and VoIP network environments
- Develop process documentation and provide knowledge transfer to staff
- Work independently and collaboratively on projects and daily operations
- Provide high‑availability support in a 24x7 environment
- 5‑8+ years of telecommunications provider services support and vendor management
- 3‑5+ years provisioning PBX systems
- 5‑8+ years telecommunications asset management and billing reconciliation
- 5‑8+ years call center software administration and VoIP management
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications or similar platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of WAN/LAN, routing protocols, and VoIP communications
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $25 and $30. This range is subject to change based on job‑related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
