The QTI Group is partnering with a Madison client to hire a Cloud Architect
. This is a one year contract-to-hire opportunity.

Location
:
Madison, Wisconsin (hybrid).
Must be currently located in the Madison, Wisconsin, area.

Comp
: $80-84/hr.

• Drive cloud strategy and adoption, aligning technology with business goals.
• Architect high-performing, resilient cloud infrastructures.
• Champion security and compliance, implementing robust controls and governance.
• Optimize performance and cost through modern Dev Ops practices, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
• Collaborate across teams, mentor peers, and present solutions to leadership.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, and security.
• Expertise in AWS and multi-cloud environments required.
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), Dev Ops, and IaC tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to bridge technical and business conversations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
