Head of Lifecycle Marketing, Zappos

Zappos is seeking a strategic Head of Lifecycle Marketing to lead and evolve our global email and push notification programs while driving growth for our mobile app. This role will be instrumental in boosting revenue and enhancing customer engagement through world‑class marketing experiences.

• Define and drive comprehensive strategic vision for email, push notifications, and app channels aligned with Zappos' business goals and growth targets
• Lead strategic planning and goal‑setting across channels, providing executive‑level insights and recommendations
• Architect next‑generation personalization and automation strategies to enhance customer lifetime value
• Drive innovation in our mobile app strategy, leading cross‑functional initiatives to accelerate growth
• Champion technology investments and platform enhancements to enable advanced capabilities
• Design framework for measuring and optimizing channel performance and customer engagement
• Develop strategic partnerships across CRM, Product, Tech, and Creative to drive transformation initiatives
• Guide the evolution of our lifecycle marketing program through strategic testing and optimization
• Lead stakeholder management and executive communication of strategic initiatives and results
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation and customer obsession

• 6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
• Experience managing teams
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross‑functional teams
• Bachelors Degree

• Experience with basic HTML, website management and content management systems (CMS)
• Experience in e‑commerce or fashion retail

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
