Overview
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for timely processing of UnityPoint Health – Meriter wide payroll and related functions. Must maintain a working knowledge of Federal Wage and Hour and DWD rules and regulations, along with various union contracts and other company policies and procedures.

Compensation: $19.72 +, based on experience
Hours Per Week: 40
Weekend: Benefit Eligible
ResponsibilitiesThe Payroll Specialist is responsible for timely processing of UnityPoint Health – Meriter wide payroll and related functions. Must maintain a working knowledge of Federal Wage and Hour and DWD rules and regulations, along with various union contracts and other company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements- 2-year Associates Degree
- 1-2 years of Payroll experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Critical thinking skills, working in a team and meeting deadlines
