Our client located in Nashville, TN is seeking a Workday HRIS Specialist to start asap.
Location: Remote/Flexible (Based on Business Needs)
Schedule: ~6 hours/day, flexible part-time hours with potential for full-time transition
Duration: Temporary (90+ days, exact duration TBD)
Are you an experienced HRIS Specialist with hands-on Workday expertise? We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive professional to provide functional support and process guidance across our organization. If you enjoy problem-solving, training end-users, and ensuring smooth HRIS operations (without advanced configurations or security work), this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Tier 1 – 1.5 support for Workday, focusing on workflow and process guidance
- Assist users in navigating Workday functionalities, particularly in Recruiting (a plus)
- Conduct informational training sessions for teams and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and offer best practices for Workday utilization
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve user experience and efficiency
- Workday expertise with hands-on experience navigating and supporting functions
- Understanding of Workday infrastructure (no advanced configuration or security work)
- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- A curious and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide end-users effectively
- Professional Services experience is a plus but not required
- Not an entry-level role – prior HRIS experience is required
