** Position Overview
** The Lead Medical Education Partnerships Manager leads the strategic development, execution, and management of a national education initiative. This role focuses on enhancing relationships with national key academic institutions and training programs to educate the next generation of clinicians on the appropriate use and clinical value of Exact Sciences’ cancer screening products. This position works closely with key internal stakeholders, including Field Medical colleagues, to enhance screening product education program reach and impact.
** Essential Duties
** Include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Design, implement, and manage a national education initiative aligned with organizational priorities.
* Develop program goals, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with the screening business unit strategy.
* Identify and activate key academic medical centers and residency programs for partnership.
* Serve as primary contact for academic and institutional program directors, faculty, and administrative staff; foster strong external network of influential physicians, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and educators.
* Collaborate with steering committees and institutional educators to ensure program credibility.
* Manage vendor engagement and contracting, and track program budgets and financials.
* Partner with internal cross-functional teams to align the program with portfolio objectives and stakeholder feedback.
* Ensure scientific accuracy, rigor, and compliance with industry standards, incorporating best practices and Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)-aligned standards in all educational content.
* Leverage expertise in digital and hybrid learning platforms to design, implement, and optimize program offerings to expand reach, accessibility, and learner engagement while ensuring seamless integration with in-person experiences.
* Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure reach, engagement, and impact.
* Gather insights and feedback from all stakeholders to inform future strategy and evolution of educational content.
* Oversee logistical execution of program, including scheduling, materials, travel, and event coordination.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, continuous learning, and operational efficiencies.
* Work closely with internal and external review committees to secure content approvals.

* Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

* Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 70% of a typical working day.
* Ability to travel 50% of working time away from work location; may include overnight/weekend travel.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s Degree in a life sciences/health sciences or equivalent degree.
* 7+ years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry with proven experience building relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and/or associations.
* 3+ years of experience in health systems, academic medical centers, and/or residency training structures.
* Expertise in medical education, clinical training within Medical Affairs, and expertise in adult learning principles.
* Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and convey information clearly while adjusting delivery as appropriate to the audience to meet business needs.
* Familiarity with medical-legal-regulatory review processes.
* Demonstrated experience independently driving initiatives, responding flexibly to evolving priorities, stakeholders, and regulatory requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
