Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Tuesdays - OFF
This position is eligible for a $3000 INCENTIVE for joining GHC! (Amount prorated based on FTE)

We're looking for a Care Team Specialist (CTS) to join our collaborative, patient‑centered clinic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting both clinical and administrative workflows to ensure high‑quality care and a smooth patient experience.
DailyResponsibilities
Rooming patients, taking vital signs, collecting medical histories, preparing for visits, assisting with exams and procedures. Managing test results based on protocols, supporting Epic in‑basket and MyChart workflows, returning patient calls, and coordinating ongoing care. Working closely with nurses and medical providers to support overall patient‑care management.
Qualified candidates must have completed training as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Paramedic, or EMT from an accredited program.

Job SpecificMinimum Qualifications
- Medical Assistants must have successfully completed an MA training program from an accredited school or program and meet certification within six months or have three years experience and current certification. Must obtain national certification from one of:
National Health career Association (CCMA), American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), or an approved organization with CME requirements. - Licensed Practical Nurses must have successfully completed an LPN training program from an accredited school or program and have current licensure as a practical nurse in Wisconsin or obtain licensure within six months.
- Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) must have successfully completed an approved training program and have a valid Wisconsin license of one of the following:
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), or Paramedic (EMT‑P).
