100% FTE, evening shift. Start times range from 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM and end times from 11:00 PM – 11:30 PM. Holidays and weekends required. Hours may vary based on departmental needs.

Responsibilities- Perform testing in the clinical laboratory (all complexity levels).
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and problem resolution.
- Demonstrate strong decision‑making skills, work independently, and undertake teaching/training responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinic staff, and co‑workers.

Minimum – Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology, or equivalent training of 60 semester hours including 24 hours of medical laboratory technology courses or 24 hours of science courses.
Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology, with a minimum of 60 semester hours that includes 24 hours of medical laboratory technology courses or a mix of 6 chemistry, 6 biology, and 12 combined courses.
Work ExperienceMinimum – Senior Medical Laboratory Technician
:
One year performing moderate and some high‑complexity testing with successful competency assessment, or two years in a clinical laboratory setting.
Medical Technologist
:
No minimum work experience required.
- Certifications in Medical Lab Technician, Medical Lab Science, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Banking, or Molecular Biology by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or a similar agency (preferred).
