Transitions At Home is seeking a Part‑Time Caregiver/Companion for a client on the East Side of Madison with autism. The caregiver will provide companionship, light housekeeping (including cat care), and transportation to the grocery store, appointments, and community programs.

• Provide companionship and support to an individual with autism.
• Assist with light household tasks and cat care.
• Transport the client to grocery stores, appointments, and community activities.
• Perform personal care services as directed by the care plan under supervision of the NM Manager.

Part‑Time, 20 hours per week with the opportunity to pick up more. Monday through Friday.

Drivers License and personal car required

• Minimum age 17 years
• At least one year of caregiving experience preferred
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and car insurance

• Hiring manager will contact you within 1‑2 business days of application submission.
