ResponsibilitiesThe Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) responsibilities include providing direct therapy to residents to improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional skills under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Key duties include implementing treatment plans, documenting resident progress, assisting with admissions and discharge planning, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and family members.
Requirements- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
