, a nonprofit home‑health organization serving Western Wisconsin, is currently seeking a PRN NM Caregiver who is caring, compassionate, and values a flexible, independent work schedule and a supportive team culture.

What the Caregiver does:

• An Caregiver performs essential services to maintain the personal care and comfort of clients in their own homes, following the plan of care under the direction and supervision of the NM Manager.

Hours: Flexible

• 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Monday through Friday
• No holidays

Compensation and Benefits (eligible employees):

• $16–$18 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum age 17 years
• One year of caregiving experience preferred
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and car insurance

Onboarding steps:

• Hiring manager contacts you within 1–2 business days of application
• One or two interviews with supervisor and mentor
• Upon job offer, review the description and complete new‑hire tasks via the Paycor app
• Receive name badge, keys, and a tour of the community
• Paid new‑hire orientation
• Ongoing training from a mentor as you provide exceptional care
