The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments, create and implement personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality outcomes. Documentation and regulatory compliance are also key responsibilities.

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans

• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date

• Degree from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
