Pricing & Costing
• Take ownership of the company’s pricing framework
• Maintain and refine product‑level pricing and costing
• Manage standard costing for materials, labor, and overhead
• Analyze and improve labor and overhead application methods

Product Cost Analysis
• Conduct quarterly product cost reviews and updates

Top‑Line Budgeting Support
• Partner directly with the sales team
• Collaborate with department leaders to support forecasting
• Serve as a key business partner to commercial leadership

Capital Expenditure Planning & Tracking
• Build more robust Cap Ex planning, tracking, and reporting
• Strengthen visibility into project spending and approvals

ERP Systems Support
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on ERP usage
• Support a future transition to a new ERP platform

• 3+ years of experience in a rigorous financial or analytical environment
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional partners and influencing decisions

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Curious, proactive, and eager to improve processes
• Strong communicator and effective business partner
• Comfortable owning work streams and operating independently

Salary: $90,000 to $115,000
